    Tivoli Gardens has been our favorite restaurant since moving to Sun City in October 2018.  We go there weekly.

    Unfortunately, tonight, the baked chicken my wife ordered was a complete rubbery, tough mess.  The waitress had my wife's meal remade.  20 MINUTES LATER, we got the new meal which was fine.

    When we received the bill, no goodwill adjustments had been made.  When I asked to speak to the Manager, she told me no adjustment would be made to the tab as "They remade the meal and gave us extra string beans"

    We won't be back.  Horrible manager and customer service !
